I’m a chef with a background in construction and interior design — a foundation that influences the way I design kitchens and create thoughtful food experiences. My culinary journey began in Cairo from and intern to a Food director at various restaurants which took me to the Italian Chef Academy in Rome. I’ve had the privilege of working in renowned kitchens like Osteria Francescana and ÆDE, where I refined my skills and developed a style rooted in creativity, precision, and storytelling.
