RULES AND REGULATIONS

DINING EXPERIENCE:

1. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we kindly request that you arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time.
2. A casual elegant dress-code is expected as attire.
3. Dinners must be at least 21 years of age.

Reservations, Cancellations & Refund Policy:

1. All events feature a one-table setup.
2. Bookings are made by seat, not by table.
3. Reservations are available exclusively via our website and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Payments are non-refundable; however, bookings are transferable.
5. To transfer your booking to another guest, please contact us through instagram DMs at least 24 hours prior to the event with the new guest(s) name(s) and contact details.
6. No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
7. We kindly ask that only those who have made a reservation join us on that day.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. We reserve the right to deny any guest of the experience that disturbs the dining experience in any way, that disrespects any staff member or other guests.
2. Special dietary requests must be communicated at the time of booking, and while we strive to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee all requests will be met.
